Position Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual assets that communicate the campaign’s message, strengthen the candidate’s brand, and engage voters. This role works closely with the Communications, Social Media, and Messaging teams to produce high-quality, on-brand graphics for digital, print, and event materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital content for social media, email campaigns, and website platforms that aligns with the campaign’s messaging and branding
- Create print materials, including flyers, mailers, posters, signage, and event collateral
- Collaborate with the Social Media and Messaging teams to develop visual storytelling that supports campaign priorities
- Maintain consistency across all visual materials, ensuring alignment with the campaign’s style guide and brand standards
- Prepare final files for digital publication and print production, coordinating with vendors as needed
- Adapt and repurpose content for multiple platforms while maintaining design quality and readability
- Support rapid-response efforts with timely graphics for breaking news, events, or campaign developments
- Stay updated on design trends, digital tools, and emerging visual strategies to maximize impact and engagement
- Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance the overall communications strategy
