As a canvasser for Moving The Triangle Realty you'll be on the front line of real estate and making the lives of our clients better.

We are seeking an energetic and personable Neighborhood Canvasser to join our team. This role involves engaging directly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach to gather feedback, and foster positive relationships within the neighborhood. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience in sales or marketing. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively connect with diverse community members. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their sales, negotiation, and community engagement skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing within designated neighborhoods
• Engage with residents professionally to explain offerings, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Collect feedback and data from community members to inform marketing strategies.
• Build rapport and establish trust with residents to foster long-term relationships.
• Assist in organizing community events or fundraising initiatives as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet outreach goals and improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in supervising, sales, marketing, customer service, telemarketing, or fundraising is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to engage with a diverse community base.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during door-to-door canvassing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue outreach goals.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus for traveling between neighborhoods.
• Must be reliable, self-directed, motivated, and enthusiastic about community engagement and outreach efforts.
