position requires teamwork, great communication skills and positive attitude

will gain knowledge of patient diagnosis, precautions and apply to performance of patient transfers

prepare therapy documentation daily for treatment sessions

perform chart audits and breakdown of charts at discharge

maintain gym cleanliness and infection control practices to prepare spaces for patient care throughout the day

perform infection control tasks throughout day to prepare treatment areas appropriately

maintain quality control measures
