Partnerships and Admissions Specialist
We are looking for a high-level Partnerships and Admissions Specialist to help scale Equator Edge, an elite "Passion Project Incubator" for US-based high school students.
We help ambitious students build real-world social impact projects in Southeast Asia. We handle the on-the-ground logistics, website creation, and impact reporting. Your role is to bridge the gap between our program and the families who need it.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultant Outreach: Identify and build relationships with independent College Admissions Consultants in the US. You will pitch Equator Edge as a "Blue Ocean" resource they can offer to their premium clients.
Student/Parent Interviews: Lead discovery calls with potential students and their parents. You aren't "selling"—you are interviewing them to see if they are a fit for our selective 25 student cohort per semester.
Strategic Enrollment: Guide families through the value proposition of our package tiers and help them understand how this project differentiates their college application.
Relationship Management: Act as the face of the brand, maintaining trust with high-net-worth families while our operational team executes in Indonesia.
What We Are Looking For:
Admissions Knowledge: You understand the US college admissions landscape (Common App, the importance of "spikes," and the 2025 competitive environment).
Consultative Sales Experience: You are comfortable speaking with high-net-worth parents. You know how to lead with value, not pressure.
Empathy & Communication: You can talk to a 16-year-old about their passions and a parent about their ROI in the same breath.
Bonus: Experience working with (or for) elite consulting firms like Crimson, Collegewise, or specialized boutique IECs.
