• Managing a portfolio of AT&T accounts and ensuring each customer is satisfied with their service
• Upselling and cross-selling AT&T products and services that best suit the customer’s needs
• Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing business solutions in a timely and efficient manner
• Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers to enhance business retention
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve AT&T targets and business growth objectives
• Documenting interactions and transactions accurately within the system
