Junior Solutions Architect / Technical PM Intern
Job Title: Junior Solutions Architect (AI & Automation)
About Eagleworks AI
Eagleworks AI helps regional businesses automate operations using AI and no-code tools. We build high-impact "AI Micro-Workflows" for industries like healthcare, construction, and professional sports. You'll work directly with our founder (30-year tech veteran) to deploy real solutions for paying clients.
What You'll Do
- Build document reviewers, intake assistants, and scheduling automations for actual clients
- Master tools like Make, Zapier, Chatbase, and LLM APIs to architect live business systems
- Translate client needs into technical requirements and manage offshore development teams
- Ship production-ready products that drive real ROI—not class projects
Who You Are
- Junior or Senior at Auburn University (CS, MIS, Software Engineering, or Business Analytics)
- Tech-scrappy: You see missing integrations as puzzles to solve, not roadblocks
- Strong communicator: Can explain technical logic to business owners and specs to developers
- Eager to learn: Comfortable working in ambiguity and picking up new tools fast
Essential Skills & Tools You'll Master
- Workflow Automation: Design logic in Make/Zapier to connect business systems
- AI Implementation: Build solutions using Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini APIs
- Technical Development: Write Python scripts for custom data handling and automation
- Project Architecture: Translate business requirements into API-driven workflows
- Quality Assurance: Test and validate technical output for production deployment
Why This Role Matters
You'll graduate with a portfolio of live client work, hands-on AI implementation experience, and direct exposure to how software businesses operate. This isn't a "shadow someone" internship—you'll own projects from kickoff to deployment.
Compensation: $18-22/hour, 15-20 hours/week, flexible schedule around classes
Location: Auburn, AL (Research Park area office, starting late January)
