Responsibility


 

  • Execute brand promotion and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, industry influence, and business growth.
  • Plan, edit, and publish content on WeChat Video Channels (视频号), optimizing video quality and engagement.
  • Support live streaming events, including pre-event preparation, on-site coordination, and content optimization to maximize impact.
  • Design and layout promotional materials (e.g., posters, brochures, social media graphics) to ensure a consistent and appealing brand image.
  • Create and edit various promotional materials, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and promotional videos, ensuring a compelling and consistent brand voice.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Weibo, WeChat, Video Channels), increasing brand visibility and engagement.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the company’s products and services, contributing to business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on performance data to maximize brand exposure.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing activities and insights, offering optimization suggestions.


 

Qualification


 

  •  Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in New Media, Media Studies, Marketing, Journalism, Visual Communication, or related fields; overseas study experience is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in new media operations, brand promotion, or marketing; experience in video editing or live streaming is preferred.
  • Proficient in video editing and design tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Canva, with the ability to independently produce short videos, promotional materials, and layout designs.
  • Familiar with major social media platforms (e.g., Weibo, WeChat, Video Channels, Xiaohongshu, Instagram) and their content strategies.
  • Strong skills in live streaming planning and execution, with the ability to optimize content for audience engagement.
  • Excellent English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of handling English copywriting and communicating effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Strong creative thinking and aesthetic judgment, capable of developing high-quality marketing content aligned with brand identity.
  • Proactive, responsible, and a strong communicator with good teamwork skills, capable of working independently under pressure.
