AT&T Customer Service Associate

Venatic is a business development agency that has continued to transform and expand throughout the Orange County area, delivering unmatched client services. Venatic works with some of the largest telecommunications companies in the world to promote industry-leading products and services and expand their market share. As an AT&T Customer Service Associate, you will learn how to uphold and maintain the long-lasting relationships we have with our customers and clients by connecting with them directly and capitalizing on customers' feedback to predict buying behavior in the future. They will learn how to directly advertise products and services to existing customers and attract new customers by improving customer engagement and proactively analyzing market trends in the surrounding areas. 

In the AT&T Customer Service Associate role, the candidate will assist our team by driving customer relationships and brand awareness, delivering superior service, as well as tracking our customer acquisition. Our AT&T Customer Service Associates work diligently to develop their skills and provide a white glove service. As an AT&T Customer Service Associate, you will be able to work alongside our talented team members to gain knowledge of the products offered, develop and execute a marketing strategy, support other team members, and work within a high-energy environment. 

AT&T Customer Service Associate Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the face and voice of our company by working directly with customers to ensure that they have an excellent experience
  • Proactively provide support to our customers and adapt to unpredictable situations
  • Collaborate with coworkers to create a dynamic client services approach that will attract consumers' attention and provide in-depth knowledge on products/services
  • Support the efforts of the sales team by targeting consumers and communicating effectively to help increase demand
  • Ensure consistency, professionalism, and engagement in services offered
  • Maintain product/service knowledge that will be used to broaden future reports
  • Monitor and track results of the sales process to advance performance efficiently  that will garner a higher demand from consumers

AT&T Customer Service Associate Requirements: 

  • Approach situations innovatively and productively
  • Has excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Has a basic understanding of client services, sales, and customer service gained from prior work experience
  • Creative thinking that is proactive and effectively in solving problems
  • Be adaptable to changes and open to supportive feedback that will develop performance 
  • High School diploma or equivalent is a must
