Business and Sales Intern

As an increasingly valuable partner to some of the most recognized brands in the nation, Creative Collaborations is searching for a committed Business and Sales Intern to represent our clients with the utmost professionalism. Business and Sales Interns will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients to maintain their status as the leading telecommunications provider in North Carolina. Using a direct sales approach with our consumers, Business and Sales Interns offer an unmatched standard of service that appeals to our target markets.  

As a Business and Sales Intern, you will have the privilege of working alongside our most qualified leaders, who will dedicate their time to helping you become a well-versed professional in the business industry. Our Business and Sales Interns are people-oriented individuals who thrive on cultivating client relationships and offering exceptional sales support. 

Business and Sales Intern Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to effectively build rapport and close deals with prospective customers
  • Demonstrates confidence in customer service and sales skills when handling customer objections 
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership, offering suggestions based on customer feedback to maximize company profit 
  • Execute sales campaigns, following up with client-provided leads and educating customers on products, services, and the overall sales process
  • Use interpersonal skills to engage customers in face to face conversations, utilizing established sales and marketing techniques
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client offers, deals, and promotions in order to entice customers when upselling services 

Who we are looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferred
  • Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or a similar customer-facing role, preferred
  • Charismatic nature and thrives in a competitive environment
  • Must be a reliable person with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Prioritizes quality and compliant work using innovative ideas to problem-solve
  • Ability to work and maintain relationships cross-functionally with other departments in our firm
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
