We are building a strong media presence to educate, inform, and elevate how real estate knowledge is shared.

We are seeking a Content Creator who can help bring our brand to life through high-quality, engaging digital content — someone who is creative, self-motivated, and confident both behind and in front of the camera.

Role Overview

The Content Creator will be responsible for producing, editing, and managing short-form and long-form digital content that positions A. Progeny Global as a trusted authority in real estate, development, and investment.

This role blends storytelling, production, and brand execution. You will work closely with leadership and the marketing team to capture real moments, educational insights, events, and behind-the-scenes content — turning them into polished, platform-ready media.

This is a part-time role with clear potential to grow into a full-time position as the brand and content ecosystem expands.

Key Responsibilities

 Content Creation & Production

Create short-form video content for:

Instagram Reels

TikTok

YouTube Shorts

Capture and edit:

Educational real estate content

Market commentary

Property walkthroughs

Event coverage

Lifestyle and brand storytelling content

Attend and capture content at:

Company events

Site visits

Meetings, panels, or speaking engagements

Be comfortable filming in real-world environments (properties, offices, events)

 Editing, Storytelling & Optimization

Edit videos for:

Strong pacing

Clear messaging

Captions and subtitles

Branding consistency

Assist with:

Hooks

Captions

Calls-to-action (CTAs)

Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips

Maintain organized folders for raw footage and finished assets

Support podcast or APG TV–style content when applicable

 Content Planning & Collaboration

Maintain and follow a content calendar in coordination with marketing

Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator and leadership

Ensure content aligns with APG’s tone:

Professional

Educational

Authority-driven

Trust-building

Stay current on social media trends while preserving brand integrity

Required Skills & Traits

Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)

Understanding of short-form content psychology

Strong storytelling instincts

Creative but structured work style

Highly self-motivated and organized

Comfortable working independently

Confident and natural on camera

Comfortable filming others and being filmed

Detail-oriented with branding and presentation

Able to take direction while also contributing creative ideas

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with real estate, media, or entrepreneurship content

Photography skills

Podcast editing or production experience

Knowledge of YouTube workflows

Experience working with small brands or founders
