Assists in the development, implementation and administration of software systems for County government. Assists in determining causes of system/software failures, and recommends corrective action. Installs, configures, tests and maintains software systems; implements and documents software changes; installs in-house and vendor-supplied software updates.

Additional job requirements:
Communicates with staff to determine software requirements. Designs, documents, and implements custom programs and applications as required. Prepares technical documentation as required.
