Role Overview

We’re seeking an Entry-Level Account Representative to join our team in Aurora, CO. In this role, you’ll interact face-to-face with customers, provide product and service guidance, and help build long-term client relationships. No prior sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training—but confidence, an outgoing personality, and a drive to succeed are essential.

This is a hands-on role that blends customer service, marketing, and sales, with opportunities to develop into management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage relationships with existing customers
  • Source new business and prospect for potential clients
  • Conduct in-person consultations and product demonstrations
  • Present marketing and sales solutions effectively to customers
  • Manage a territory and track activities in CRM software
  • Participate in training sessions, conference calls, and team meetings
  • Assist in training and development of new team members
  • Provide professional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, hospitality, or retail
  • Degree not required, but a plus if applicable
  • Confident, competitive, and outgoing personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with face-to-face client interactions
  • Must love pets
