Job Title: Parts Coordinator

Location: Mattoon, IL

Assignment Length: 01 Years +  (Possible Extension)

Position Type: Contract/ Contingent

Pay Rate: $23/hr. on w2 All Inclusive on SGS Payroll (Doesn’t Include PTO/Holiday Pay)

Your Responsibilities

As a Packaging Operations Coordinator for Mattoon Distribution Center located in Mattoon, IL, you will work on a variety of tasks such as:

• Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts traveling through the John Deere network

• Support packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality and productivity

• Perform general administrative tasks such as data-entry, document preparation and email communication to support third-party packaging facility’s day-to-day operations

• Coordinate the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders

What Skills You Need

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

• Critical-thinking and decision-making skills

• Ability to look at datasets

• Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross-functional team

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience working in a warehouse or production environment

• Experience Warehouse Management Systems (SAP)

• Knowledge of developing work standards

• Administrative experience

Requirements

• Able to lift 50lbs

• Able to be on their feet 70% of day

• Comfortable in high-traffic warehouse environment

• Available to work 40 hours/weekly
