Mortgage Loan Officer

U.S. MortgageLine is seeking driven, goal-oriented Mortgage Loan Officers to join our expanding sales team. No Experience needed, we will train! In this role, you will guide clients through the mortgage application process, build relationships, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client interviews and analyze financial documents to assess lending needs
• Recommend appropriate mortgage products based on clients' financial situations
• Initiate and manage loan applications from start to close
• Provide exceptional service and mortgage expertise to clients
• Prospect new clients through calls, emails, and networking
• Collaborate with processors to ensure smooth processing and closings

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with a proven track record of sales success
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Motivated by challenging sales goals and a dynamic work environment
