A.ROSE is a woman-owned luxury sleepwear and loungewear brand, founded by Lia Rodriguez. Built from a postpartum journey, the brand focuses on effortless confidence, femininity, and timeless design. This internship offers hands-on experience working directly with the founder at an early-stage fashion brand.

Responsibilities

Assist with social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)

Help plan and schedule posts aligned with brand voice and launches

Support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, promotions, and product launches

Research trends, competitors, and content ideas

Assist with captions, hashtags, and basic analytics tracking

Support day-to-day marketing tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications

Interest in fashion, marketing, social media, or entrepreneurship

Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok (posting, trends, engagement)

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools (preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Requirements

Current college student

4-8 hours per week (flexible)

Remote with occasional Denver-based opportunities (if local)
