Risk Management Specialist

Location: HCG BELOIT

SUMMARY: 

Responsible for providing a means and maintain communication between employees and the Ho-Chunk regarding Worker's Compensation Benefits, which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE)

 

  1. Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. One year higher education or one year of administrative experience in a business/general industry environment.
  3. Have knowledge of and be able to interpret policies and ordinances applicable to the position as provided by the Ho-Chunk Nation.
  4. Possess strong written and oral communication skills, ability to work with managers, supervisors and employees.
  5. Valid Driver’s license, dependable transportation and proper insurance required.
