Partnerships & Account Management Associate

ROLE OVERVIEW AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Partnerships & Account Management Associate to join our fast-growing Partnerships team. You’ll work closely with the Head of Partnerships, the CEO, and our Senior Account Manager to ensure our partner pipeline, negotiations, and live partnerships run smoothly. This role is highly cross-functional, combining partner-facing communication, business case building, project management, and account support.

Your key responsibilities:

1️⃣ Meeting & Communication Support

  • Join meetings with the Head of Partnerships and CEO, take structured notes, and draft clear meeting minutes.
  • Craft professional follow-up emails summarizing action points and sharing required materials (presentations, contracts, integration docs, legal clarifications, demos, etc.)

2️⃣ Business Case & Presentation Preparation

  • Build business cases and financial models on Google Sheets.
  • Prepare compelling presentations on Pitch.com.
  • Assist with graphic assets and visual mockups on Figma.

3️⃣ Pipeline Management

  • Support the Head of Partnerships and CEO in tracking and prioritizing the partnership pipeline.
  • Ensure follow-ups are done consistently so no opportunities are lost.

4️⃣ Partnership Contracting & Implementation

  • Assist in managing the contracting process (drafts, reviews, redlines, signatures).
  • Coordinate cross-functional implementation (technical, legal, marketing, CRM, operations).
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and go-live of new partners.

5️⃣ Account Management Support

  • Work alongside the Senior Account Manager to support existing partners:
  • Help prepare and deliver partner performance reports.
  • Assist in managing partner commission calculations and payments.
  • Prepare decks and proposals to increase partner visibility and engagement.
  • Support organization of partner sales conferences and events.

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

👴🏻 Experience:

12 months of internship experience in partnerships, account management, business development, consulting, or project management (internships and junior roles count).

⭐️ Personality:

Fast learner, team player, thrives in international and fast-paced environments.

🤹‍♂️ Skills:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication in English (French or Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (Pitch.com, PowerPoint, or Keynote).
  • Comfortable with Figma or willing to learn.
  • Project management mindset: organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
