Client Success & Outreach Specialist (Commission-Based) – Meditation Sessions

Job Type: Part-time, Commission-Based (This is an independent contractor (1099) role)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated student or individual who wants real business experience in client management, sales, and operations. You’ll help promote in-person and online meditation sessions, reach potential clients, share the benefits of meditation, and build trust and rapport with each client.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands how to communicate and sell effectively, and wants hands-on experience growing a small business. Compensation is commission-based, so you earn for every client you bring in.

Compensation:

Commission-based: You earn for every successful paid client you bring in. This is an independent contractor (1099) role. Please note: You are paid for every client you bring in — this is not an hourly or salaried position. This role is not for you if you are looking for an hourly or salaried position. Details will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities:

Actively reach out to potential clients through phone, email, social media, or in-person to promote meditation sessions.

Build trust and rapport with prospects, understanding their needs and helping convert conversations into paid sessions.

Track outreach efforts, follow up with prospects, and report results.

Provide insights from client interactions to help improve session offerings and client experience.

Requirements:

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and reliable.

Comfortable reaching out to potential clients online/in-person.

Interest in wellness, mindfulness, or meditation is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
