Location: Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach (in-person)

The Reading Village is seeking a passionate, dedicated educator who truly loves working with children and is patient, compassionate, and eager to learn how to support students with language-based learning disabilities, specifically dyslexia. This is an in-person, part-time position with growth potential for someone looking to build a meaningful career in education, not just a job.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 in-person instruction to students with language-based learning disabilities

Use patient, supportive instruction that meets students where they are

Learn and implement Structured Literacy approaches (training provided)

Collaborate with a supportive team of educators

Maintain clear communication with families and staff

Create a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel safe and capable

Qualifications

Background or interest in education, child development, psychology, speech-language pathology, or related fields

Willingness to learn evidence-based practices for working with dyslexic learners

Ability to work in-person in the Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach areas

Reliable, professional, and committed to students and their growth
