Sales Lead- Retail Experience Preferred

We are looking for a Sales Lead to join our team at our first flagship store in Wilmington for our women's clothing boutique, Luminous Boutique. 

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fashion, ideally has prior work experience in a retail setting, is a natural leader, is confident managing a team, enjoys working with people, and is excited to help grow a new store from the ground up. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and elevated shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, offering styling advice, and assisting with purchases

Drive sales by building genuine connections and understanding customer needs

Style customers and merchandise in-store displays to reflect the brand aesthetic

Steam, organize, and maintain merchandise on the sales floor

Assist with visual merchandising and overall store presentation

Create and post engaging content on Instagram Stories and other social platforms as needed

Support daily store operations and opening/closing duties when required

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for fashion and styling

Comfortable using social media for brand engagement

Excited to contribute to the growth and success of our first flagship store

Availability Requirements

20-30 hours required

Must be available to work weekends
