Entry Level Sales Representative

Located in the heart of Vancouver, WA, Peak Business Strat Team is a fast-growing sales and marketing firm specializing in face-to-face customer acquisition for national telecommunications providers. Our mission is to bridge the gap between customers and internet service providers by delivering high-quality, personalized support that results in stronger connections and long-term satisfaction.

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our outreach strategy by meeting face-to-face with customers at their residences to understand their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and represent our clients with professionalism and integrity. This is a full-time, commission-only role ideal for people who thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers in person on internet and home service offerings, promotions, and plan options
  • Provide a positive, professional face-to-face experience that reflects company and client values
  • Assist with service enrollments, follow-up communication, and basic troubleshooting
  • Follow company policies and compliance procedures to protect brand and customer trust
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, service features, and campaign standards
  • Collaborate with your sales team to meet daily and weekly goals
  • Take initiative to ask questions, apply feedback, and continue learning on the job

Job Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-Time***This is a full-time, W-2 employee position that is commission-only. Representatives typically earn $40,000-$50,000 per year, based on individual sales performance.
  • Compensation: Commission-only
  • Average Annual Earnings: $40,000–$50,000 based on performance
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday, full-time hours
  • Work Setting: In-person, residential field sales in assigned territories throughout the Vancouver, WA area
  • Products Sold: Internet and home service plans provided by a nationally recognized telecommunications partner
