At the VIONIC Store Milwaukee, located in Brookfield, WI, every step matters. We believe comfort changes lives-and we're looking for a passionate, people-first part-time Shoe Sales Associate to help our customers move with confidence, balance, and ease.

Step into the Role:

From the moment a customer walks through the door, you create an inviting, personalized experience. You listen to their needs, measure for proper fit, and guide them toward styles that deliver comfort, support, and confidence. Whether someone is seeking relief from foot pain or searching for their new favorite everyday shoe, you make the experience feel effortless-and enjoyable.

You'll share your growing product knowledge, introduce new arrivals, explain rewards and loyalty benefits, and celebrate every "aha" moment when a customer finds their perfect fit. Every interaction builds trust, and every sale reflects your genuine care for helping people feel their best.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional service through personalized sit-and-fit experiences, helping customers find shoes that provide optimal comfort, support, and style
  • Learn and confidently explain the science behind Vionic's VIO MOTION™ technology and why it makes a difference
  • Build lasting relationships by ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and confident in their purchase
  • Promote loyalty programs and share the benefits of wearable well-being
  • Support daily store operations with teamwork, enthusiasm, and attention to detail

What We Offer:

  • Base + Commission: $12/hr base pay plus commission on qualifying sales
  • Flexible Scheduling: 15-25 hours per week, including a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.

What You Bring:

  • A positive, customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
  • A passion for helping people feel comfortable and confident
  • Retail or customer service experience is a plus-but not required (we'll train you!)
