Entry Level Manager

K.I.D.S Executives Group, a collaborative marketing firm, is hiring a dedicated Entry Level Manager to join our growing Frontier campaign in Dayton. This role’s perfect for someone who leads with structure, mentors with style, and makes customer experience feel less like a maze and more like a guided tour—with snacks. 

As an Entry Level Manager, you'll be our resident problem-solver. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you can master every part of the business, from the fundamentals to advanced management skills. The  Entry Level Manager will be responsible for resolving issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience from onboarding to long-term account management.

Role Requirements for an Entry Level Manager

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by guiding customers through Frontier’s service offerings and activation workflows.
  • Act as the primary liaison for Frontier Residential clients, addressing service inquiries and resolving account-related issues with precision and urgency.
  • Deliver expert insights on Frontier’s fiber internet, voice services, and bundled solutions to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Develop customized service recommendations that align with customer needs, usage patterns, and Frontier’s infrastructure capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation of all customer interactions, service updates, and pipeline activity to support internal coordination and reporting.

Qualities That Set You Apart as an Entry Level Manager

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in business, communications, or technology is a plus.
  • Experience in structured service delivery, account coordination, or telecom support preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to decode technical concepts and explain them without sounding like a router manual.
  • Sharp organizational skills and the uncanny ability to juggle multiple clients without dropping the signal.
  • Reliable transportation is required to support structured outreach across assigned service areas.
