Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their insurance needs

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information

- Assist in new business and cross sell opportunities

Skills:

- Willing to obtain all required insurance license's

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills

- Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, is a plus

- Sales or call center experience is beneficial but not required
