Surgical Technologist

Position Summary:

The Surgical Technologist plays a critical role in supporting safe and efficient surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile field, and assisting the surgical team throughout procedures. This position works collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to ensure high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgery.

Department: Surgery 

Status: Full-Time; Non-Exempt; Days; 40 hours per week; M-F

Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00 / Hour

Position Requirements: 

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or Certified Scrub Tech (CST)
  • Current IL License in good standing or CST 
  • Experience in the surgery environment required; preferably in orthopedic cases 
  • Current BLS (or willingness to obtain)
