We are currently seeking an Entry Level Campaign Assistant who is motivated to learn, driven by results, and excited to start a long-term career in sales and event marketing.

Campaign Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support live marketing and outreach campaigns for nonprofit clients as an enthusiastic Campaign Assistant
  • Engage directly with the public to discuss mission goals and promote partnerships that drive sales and donations
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing campaign events throughout the Charlotte area
  • Collaborate with senior Campaign Assistants and management to improve event effectiveness and increase overall sales performance
  • Collect and analyze campaign data to identify areas of success and opportunity
  • Participate in weekly entry level sales training sessions designed to strengthen communication and leadership skills

Campaign Assistant Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
  • Self-motivated with a strong interest in community engagement and sales development
  • Organized, dependable, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced setting
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or campus leadership is helpful but not required since this is an entry level Campaign Assistant role with complete training provided
