Manufacturing Technician
Immersive Touch builds next-generation medical imaging, simulation and surgical planning products on virtual reality and augmented reality platform. The custom pre operative surgical plans are increasingly being used in all surgical specialties. This pre operative plan is taken to the operating room is the form of bio-safe 3D printed guides. Immersive Touch is seeking manufacturing technicians to join their surgical planning team. The role is responsible for assisting the surgical planning team with creating and post-processing the 3D printed jobs. You will ensure the safety and confidentiality of all patient data while maintaining high quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the surgical planning and design workflow (training provided).
- Strategically coordinate manufacturing floor operations to ensure timely delivery of 3D-printed parts.
- Utilize project management databases to track active surgical case manufacturing requirements, prioritize tasks, and initiate 3D printing processes.
- Complete all quality-related documentation, including time and resource tracking, device history records, packaging, labeling, and other compliance requirements.
- Properly dispose of manufacturing waste following lab regulations and coordinate with supervisors to schedule waste pickups as needed.
- Identify and report inefficiencies in the design and manufacturing workflow to supervisors and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Understand case design and manufacturing requirements and collaborate with the team to ensure prioritization and quality standards are met.
- Adjust work schedules to align with active surgical case manufacturing needs.
