About the Role

Seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a senior trial attorney on complex personal injury and wrongful death cases, including product liability, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury matters.


Responsibilities

Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence

Manage case files, deadlines, medical records, and expert materials

Prepare exhibits, deposition packets, and trial binders

Coordinate with clients, experts, and court personnel

Assist with trial preparation and occasional onsite trial support

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (some overtime/after-hours required)


Qualifications

Significant litigation paralegal experience

Strong understanding of personal injury/wrongful death litigation

Excellent organization, communication, and judgment

Ability to manage multiple complex cases independently


Ideal Candidate

Detail-oriented, experienced in high-stakes litigation, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
