Paralegal
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Paralegal to support attorneys by managing case files and preparing legal documents. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, contracts, and correspondence
Manage case files, evidence, and document production
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and client meetings
Coordinate and track deadlines, court dates, and filings
File documents with courts and government agencies (electronic and physical filing)
Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties
Summarize depositions, medical records, contracts, and other legal documents
Maintain billing records and assist with timekeeping as required
Qualifications
Prior experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role preferred
Knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
