Property Office Intern

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Support scheduling of meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining calendars.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with document preparation for property acquisitions, leases, and reports.
  • Coordinate mail distribution and courier services.
  • Help maintain digital and physical records in compliance with company standards.
  • Provide ad hoc support as needed.
  • Greet tenants who visit the office to make rent payments or with questions, providing friendly and professional assistance.
