Entry Level Assistant Manager

North Star Solutions is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to join our AT&T campaign in Baxter. In this role, the Entry-Level Assistant Manager balances team development, operational efficiency, and customer experience—all centered on AT&T’s wireless offerings: cell phones, tablets, wearables, and accessories.

As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, you will function as a development coach for our wireless sales team. The  Entry-Level Assistant Manager’s expertise in AT&T's smartphone line enables them to train team members on product demonstrations and customer consultation best practices, conduct roleplaying exercises to sharpen skills, and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.

Role Requirements for an Entry-Level Assistant Manager

  • Coordinate sales operations by assisting with staff scheduling, inventory flow, and ensuring compliance with AT&T store policies as an Entry-Level Assistant Manager.
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, product training, and reinforcing effective sales practices centered on AT&T cell phones and wireless devices.
  • As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, you will drive customer engagement by presenting AT&T device options, service plans, and promotions in ways that build trust and loyalty.
  • Monitor performance outcomes by reviewing sales reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve AT&T’s results.
  • Support leadership initiatives by implementing sales strategies, reinforcing compliance standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Expand leadership knowledge by participating in structured training focused on sales management, wireless technology, and customer experience excellence as an Entry-Level Assistant Manager.
