⭐ What You’ll Be Doing

Learning insurance fundamentals and financial education through step-by-step training
Meeting with individuals over Zoom to explain protection and planning in a simple, easy-to-understand way
Following up with warm leads generated through social media, mailers, and online marketing
Participating in weekly mentorship calls and team training sessions
Developing real-world skills in communication, confidence, leadership, and financial literacy

🔥 What We’re Looking For

18+ with SSN
Able to pass a background check
Motivated, dependable, and open to learning
Strong communicator with a people-first mindset
Comfortable using Zoom and basic technology
Competitive, goal-driven, or team-oriented background is a plus
Someone looking for flexibility, growth, and more control over their income

💰 Compensation & Perks

100% commission-based (1099)
Average commission per policy: $500–$700
Once trained, many associates close 2–5 policies per week
State insurance licensing sponsored after training
