Learning insurance and financial education basics through step-by-step training.
Meeting with people over Zoom to explain protection and planning in a clear, simple way
Following up with warm leads from social media, mailers, and online marketing
Joining weekly mentorship calls and team trainings
Building real-world skills in communication, confidence, leadership, and financial literacy

🔥 What We’re Looking For

18+ with SSN
Able to pass a background check
Motivated, reliable, and open to learning
Good communicator with a people-first mindset
Comfortable on Zoom and with basic tech
Competitive or goal-driven background is a plus
Someone who wants flexibility, growth, and better income control

💰 Compensation & Perks

100% commission-based (1099)
Average commission per policy: $500–$700
Once trained, many associates close 2–5 policies per week
State insurance license sponsored after training
