💻 What You’ll Do

Learn the basics of personal finance, protection, and financial education (training provided)

Meet with families over Zoom to explain options and help them make informed choices

Follow up with warm leads from social media, referrals, and online marketing

Join weekly virtual trainings, coaching, and mentorship calls

Build real-life skills: communication, leadership, financial literacy, and confidence

18+ with a SSN or ITIN

Able to pass a background check

Self-motivated and goal-driven

Values honesty and helping people over quick wins

Competitive, athletic, or growth-minded mindset is a plus

Open to learning and leveling up

💰 Pay, Perks & Flexibility

Performance-based 1099 income

Average commission per policy: $500–$700

Paid twice per week

Trained associates typically close 2–5 policies weekly

State licenses fully paid for after training
