Student Clerk - Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center - Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy

Pay: $12/hour

A student is needed to help the Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program (SCTCT). This is an important program working with bone marrow donors whose gift makes a vital difference in the lives of many people with cancer. 

Position duties:

1.    Recording patient data Epic, the patient record system

2.    Uploading documents into Epic

3.    Packaging and delivering blood samples

4.    Preparing test kits for donors

5.    Assembling informational packets, folders, and guidebooks

6.    Filing

7.    Data entry

8.    Other office projects as needed

Position requires:

1. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

2. Excellent organizational skills

3. Excellent attention to detail

4. Discretion for working with confidential data

Availability Qualifications:

1. Available to work between 8:00 am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (office open hours). Hours variable.

2. Prefer ability to work during Summer and Winter breaks
