Remote Booking Specialist-Freelance

Position Overview
In this role, you'll assist clients with planning all types of travel—vacations, business trips, cruises, resort stays, and more. You'll guide them through options, secure reservations, and make sure every detail of their trip is well-coordinated and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
As a Booking Specialist you will be responsible for planning and booking exceptional travel experiences for clients worldwide:
- Create customized itineraries including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.
- Record all bookings, payments, and trip details accurately.
- Build and maintain client relationships, encouraging loyalty and referrals.
- Offer recommendations based on client interests, needs, and budget.
- Keep up with destination updates, travel policies, and current promotions.
- Partner with travel suppliers to find the best pricing and availability.
- Assist with required travel documents and travel protection options.
- Record all bookings, payments, and trip details accurately.

Basic Requirements:
- 100% Commission-Based Only
- Independent Contractor (1099/Freelancer) position.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet access.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- No experience necessary; full training is provided. Attending training is essential for future travel.
Pluses: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, any additional languages and personal travel experience.
