Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Active Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) credential in the state of Virginia
Eligibility to provide services under state and payer regulations
Experience with clinical documentation and treatment planning
Ability to work with diverse populations and presenting concerns
preferred
Experience in community-based, outpatient, or crisis settings
Familiarity with Medicaid and insurance documentation standards
Trauma-informed and culturally responsive care experience

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), you will provide clinically appropriate mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess needs, develop treatment plans, and support client stabilization, growth, and recovery in alignment with regulatory and ethical standards.
