Design Expert

Burrow House is seeking a sales-driven Design Expert to join our Boston Studio and deliver a high-end, personalized customer experience. In this full-time, in-studio role, you’ll own the sales process from initial consultation to purchase, helping clients select furniture and design solutions while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in sales and interior design, is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation includes a $40K base salary plus monthly bonus and commission, with benefits, growth opportunities, and employee discounts.
