What you’ll do
- Research and build lists of potential customers/partners (industry mapping, account lists, key personas).
- Support outbound efforts: cold emails/LinkedIn, follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and tracking responses.
- Qualify inbound leads using a simple rubric (ICP fit, urgency, budget, authority, use case).
- Help craft and iterate sales collateral: one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, demo scripts.
- Join calls to take notes, capture requirements, and summarize next steps.
- Maintain CRM hygiene (pipeline stages, contact data, activity logging).
- Run lightweight experiments to improve conversion (subject lines, messaging, sequencing, landing page feedback).
- Track weekly metrics (meetings booked, reply rates, conversion by segment) and share insights.
What we’re looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable reaching out to new people.
- Organized, consistent follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset: you can track what’s working and adjust quickly.
- Interest in startups, sales/GT.M, partnerships, or growth.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), Apollo/ZoomInfo, Notion/Airtable.
- Basic understanding of B2B SaaS / AI.
- Copywriting experience (email/LinkedIn), or prior customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with sales frameworks (ICP, MEDDICC, SPICED, etc.).
