English Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to support students in developing strong reading, writing, speaking, and critical-thinking skills. The ideal candidate enjoys working with students, can adapt instruction to different learning levels, and is committed to fostering confidence and academic growth.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum standards

Teach reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, writing, and speaking skills

Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and instructional materials

Support students with homework, exams, and skill development

Communicate regularly with parents, administrators, or program coordinators

Maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (required or preferred)

Teaching credential or ESL/TEFL certification (preferred, not required for tutoring roles)

Prior teaching or tutoring experience with children or adolescents

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Ability to motivate students and adapt teaching methods

Familiarity with digital teaching tools (for online or hybrid roles)

Preferred Skills

Experience with ESL/EFL students

Knowledge of standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, ACT, AP English, etc.)

Bilingual abilities a plus
