Job description
ABA Therapist Job Position:
Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and Direct Service Professional (DSP) for In-Home ABA Therapy. This is not a Caregiving role. You are providing ABA Therapy to an autistic child in the family's home under BCBA supervision and constant feedback.

Opportunity for 25-30 hour a week schedule
This is a part-time position (18–30 hours/week).
We are currently hiring for part-time availability only — this is not a full-time role.
Applicants should be prepared to commit to the role for a minimum of one year to support consistency of care for our clients.
We do require you to have your own transportation that you drive yourself to and from to work in and a NJ drivers license and reside in NJ.
We work with families who rely on stability and consistency. We are not hiring for summer-only or short-term work. Please apply only if you can commit to at least 12 months.

Our onboarding is designed to set you up for success — but it is structured and fast-moving. You’ll have important first-day training, homework, and clear expectations. We are looking for team members who show up alert, prepared, focused, and motivated to succeed. Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social skills and behaviors
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of client sessions
- Good play skills, comfortable with children. Specifically children with behavioral challenges.
Schedule:

- Mornings, afternoons and evening availability Monday–Friday required
- Day Shifts, afternoons and weekends as needed.
- Open availability on weekends as needed with flexibility.
- Shifts may be as short as 4 hours or as long as 8 hours
- Expected total hours: 18–30 hours per week (part-time only)
Qualifications:
Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and Direct Service Professional (DSP) for In-Home ABA Therapy
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field a plus but not required.
- Driver’s license and your own transportation required that you drive yourself to work. We do verify.
- Previous experience with autism or developmental disabilities a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions, implement behavior plans, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced, structured training environment
Skills:
Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and Direct Service Professional (DSP) for In-Home ABA Therapy
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles a plus
- Familiarity with data collection and behavior tracking, able to multitask
- Understanding of positive reinforcement strategies
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
Compensation and Benefits:

- Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

- Location: We serve these counties Bergen, Passaic, Essex and Hudson. 1 location, 1:1 in-home ABA Therapy.
- Ability to relocate before starting work (Required)
