I’m looking for a creative, reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my growing acupuncture + women’s wellness clinic in Venice, CA. This role is perfect for a college student or early-career applicant who loves social media, aesthetics, wellness, and flexible remote work.
You do not need professional VA experience — just be organized, motivated, and willing to learn. I’ll train you in everything you need to know.
What You’ll Be Doing (Primary Duties)
Social Media Support (majority of the role):
Editing short videos (Reels/TikTok style)
Writing captions that match my voice + clinic vibe
Posting content to IG + TikTok (I provide all raw content)
Making simple IG stories
Light DMs + community engagement
Helping grow the account (slow + steady, nothing crazy)
Clinic Admin Support (light & simple):
Answering emails
Sending superbills
Basic charting / admin tasks
Helping organize memberships
Occasional patient communication
Calendar + booking support
Light financial organization tasks (no experience needed)

I’m an acupuncturist and women’s health specialist with a boutique clinic in Venice, CA. My work blends fertility, cosmetic acupuncture, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellness. I’m growing quickly and need someone who can support me behind the scenes with consistency, creativity, and a positive attitude.
