As a Graduate Management Trainee, you’ll move through structured stages of training designed
to build your confidence, your commercial awareness, and your leadership potential. You’ll gain
first-hand experience in business development, client management, customer engagement, and
performance strategy — all while being guided by experienced mentors who genuinely want to
see you succeed.
You’ll represent a respected telecom provider and work directly with local businesses to
understand their needs, present solutions, and support long-term growth. Over time, you’ll learn
how to manage accounts, coordinate teams, and contribute to campaign planning as you
continue to progress through the program.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

Meeting and engaging with local businesses to understand their communication needs

Supporting the planning and delivery of B2B sales and marketing campaigns
●
Learning how to confidently explain and demonstrate telecom and digital solutions
●
Assisting senior team members with daily workflow, performance targets, and client
expectations
●
Managing client follow-ups, handling inquiries, and building long-term relationships
●
Recording daily activity, insights, and development progress
●
Supporting team coordination, training initiatives, and on-site operational tasks

Taking on increased responsibility as your skills and confidence grow
