Nonprofit Operations Intern
CFHK is seeking an operations intern. Our interns play a vital role in our operations at CFHK, and gain valuable experiences helpful for their eventual career paths in various fields. This is a unique opportunity to intern at an internationally recognized nonprofit while being able to easily balance the tasks with your schoolwork and other commitments.

The internship typically requires 5-6 hours of work a week.
Operations interns assist with a variety of tasks including: outreach to corporate companies and other target companies, follow up with companies and community organizations, assisting with outreach and follow-up calls or emails to libraries and community groups, following up with a CFHK celebrity/ athlete supporter's agent, outreach to new hospitals or other similar tasks. While purposeful, this internship is extremely manageable with classes given there are no set hours. You can work on tasks in between classes and based around your class at the time that is best for you.
CFHK is looking for someone who is professional, is able to self-manage their time and complete tasks in a timely manner, has strong oral and written communication skills and is organized.
As an internationally recognized nonprofit, a CFHK internship looks very good on a resume regardless of your intended career path. We have had students from many different majors compete this internship including pre-med, public relations, sociology, psychology, biology and much more.
Many of our interns manage this in addition to a campus job and/or second internship. There is also the option to continue for a second semester or longer so long as the intern is performing satisfactorily. Upon completion of the internship, we will be happy to provide recommendation letters and serve as a reference.
