As we expand our brand presence and pursue larger-scale projects, we are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to help build and execute a cohesive marketing strategy across digital platforms.
This role offers hands-on experience in real-world marketing for a service-based business, with exposure to branding, strategy, content creation, and performance tracking.
Position Overview
The Marketing Intern will play a key role in managing and improving our digital presence. This includes maintaining our website, managing social media accounts, creating marketing materials, and assisting in the development and execution of a long-term marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional interested in marketing, communications, entrepreneurship, or real estate/construction-related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
Update and maintain company website content (projects, services, blog posts, SEO basics)
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone
Assist with basic performance tracking (traffic, engagement, conversions)
Social Media Management
Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and schedule posts highlighting projects, process, and company values
Engage with followers and monitor basic analytics
Marketing Materials
Design and update marketing collateral (digital brochures, one-pagers, presentations, email templates)
Assist with visual and written content creation for proposals and outreach
Marketing Strategy & Growth
Assist in developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy
Support campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and partnerships
Research competitors, industry trends, and best practices
Track and report on campaign performance and insights
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field
Strong written communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
Basic experience with website platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar)
Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Interest in construction, real estate, or entrepreneurship is a strong plus
