  • sales consulting / junior advisor (W-2)
  • customer relationship management
  • employee education & enrollment

There is significant opportunity for career growth and compensation increases within this enterprising environment, connecting with businesses nationally to help establish and then manage their 401k retirement plan.

After joining our team, it is essential for employees to obtain a Series 6 or Series 7 license, SIE, and S65 (or equivalent) on the job, and thereby attain the professional designation of Licensed Sales Assistant (LSA).  There is no requirement to have licensing in advance.

Job Description

Our department works exclusively with group retirement plans, primarily 401ks and pension plans. We represent mostly small to mid-sized businesses including for-profit, non-profit, and government entities.   Our team is an organization of highly trained qualified plan specialists who pair with a network of affiliated administrators and record keeper providers across the country.

We are the Retirement Plans Department of the general agency Vista Wealth Strategies located in Radnor, PA, yet the jobs are work from home (WFH), nationally.

MML Investors Services, LLC. is our independent broker-dealership, one of the nation’s largest. Our 401k product shelf includes (40+) of the most prominent providers, enabling an objective consulting experience.

We are licensed in all states. We solicit, onboard, and service business accounts across the country including some very limited in-person presence with larger customers.  In our department, we present, consult, design, evaluate with comparative analyses, and give product recommendations to inbound leads.  There is no cold calling.  Financial Administrators are W-2 employees on a sales consulting team.  Compensation is salaried, nothing commission based, yet we are collectively both prospect and customer-facing day-to-day.

For existing customers, we are responsible for investment reviews & technical support to Trustees and individuals who serve in a fiduciary capacity. Additionally, we are very active with enrollment services & investment education to employees.

Team members all share the same mission of securing new business clients and retaining customers, albeit in different capacities – some tend towards solicitation, presentation, & comparative analyses, some with customer reviews & CRM, and others with employee enrollment & ongoing education – but we always collaborate cohesively in this collective responsibility.

For existing clients, we manage day-to-day needs, and field inbound calls and emails as a liaison to the proper serving areas that partner with our team.

We are backed by product specialists under a successful wealth management enterprise with over (100) years of combined experience in business retirement plan design and investing.  Routinely, we also refer to the agency where advisors support customers with business continuation, executive fringe benefits, employee group benefit programs and individuals with comprehensive financial planning, financial resource examination, estate analysis, retirement investing, and college funding,
