About the Role
As a Business Development Intern, you will be on the front lines of our growth efforts. This
hands-on role provides real-world exposure to sales, real estate investing, and relationship
management within a professional investment firm focused on medical and dental properties.
What You’ll Do
• Clean, organize, and maintain lead data in our CRM system
• Research and qualify potential leads who own medical or dental buildings
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Engage prospects to identify real estate sale and investment opportunities
• Schedule follow-ups and support the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with senior team members on business development strategy
