Buprenorphine Provider
Provide medication assisted treatment to patients with Opioid Use Disorder in an Outpatient setting. This position also provides consultation and clinical leadership and may supervise medical staff.
Responsibilities:
- Prescribe and monitor buprenorphine for patients
- Develop/coordinate treatment plans and take primary responsibility for implementing and following through with pharmacological treatment of patients
- May provide supervision to medical staff
- Assist in policy and program development
- Write progress notes, clinical assessments, discharge summaries and other clinical documentation as required in EHR
- Participate in rounds, staff and supervision meetings, and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Psychiatry or APRN or PA
- Completion of accredited residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Psychiatry
Structure:
- Full time
- Exempt
- Annual salary starting at $88,538.22
