Job Description (English)
We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese to support end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and markets. This role will work closely with hiring managers and international candidates, particularly those with cross-border or global backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Communicate with candidates in both English and Chinese
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews and provide a smooth candidate experience
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
1+ year of recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with U.S. hiring practices; cross-border recruiting experience is a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting international students or bilingual professionals
Background in tech, marketing, operations, or consulting recruitment
Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
