Digital Designer
We’re looking for a Digital Designer who can design web experiences, membership app interfaces, and high-performing email marketing content, while also supporting graphic design and illustration needs. This role works closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Development teams to create visually compelling, conversion-focused digital assets across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, visually refined web pages and digital experiences
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI using Figma
- Design on-brand, conversion-driven email marketing content
- Maintain consistent brand look and feel across all digital touchpoints
- Support brand visuals, illustrations, and visual systems
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email or web collaboration
- Support the design of membership app features and interfaces
- Collaborate with Marketing to align visuals with campaign goals and messaging
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, or related field.
- 2–4+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design, email marketing, and visual design
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven experience designing email marketing content (promotional, lifecycle, campaign emails)
- Understanding of UX fundamentals, hierarchy, and responsive design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proof your own work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
