Digital Designer

We’re looking for a Digital Designer who can design web experiences, membership app interfaces, and high-performing email marketing content, while also supporting graphic design and illustration needs. This role works closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Development teams to create visually compelling, conversion-focused digital assets across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design intuitive, visually refined web pages and digital experiences
  2. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI using Figma
  3. Design on-brand, conversion-driven email marketing content
  4. Maintain consistent brand look and feel across all digital touchpoints
  5. Support brand visuals, illustrations, and visual systems
  6. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email or web collaboration
  7. Support the design of membership app features and interfaces
  8. Collaborate with Marketing to align visuals with campaign goals and messaging

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, or related field.
  2. 2–4+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency)
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing web design, email marketing, and visual design
  4. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  5. Proven experience designing email marketing content (promotional, lifecycle, campaign emails)
  6. Understanding of UX fundamentals, hierarchy, and responsive design
  7. Strong attention to detail and ability to proof your own work
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
